Papaya laddoo
We know the benefits of papaya. It contains an enzyme called papain. Raw papaya is loaded with fibres which prevents constipation. Papaya reduce liver inflammation and keeps liver healthy.

Ingredients
- ½ cup grated papaya
- ¼ beetroot paste
- 2 tablespoon homemade ghee
- 2 tablespoon coconut paste
- 2 tablespoon raisin
- 2 tablespoon grated nuts
- 2 tablespoon melon seeds
- 2 tablespoon jaggery powder
- 2 tablespoon mixed millet flour
- Pinch of green cardamom powder

Instructions
- Heat a pan add homemade ghee, grated papaya, raisin, beetroot paste, coconut paste, grated nuts, melon seeds, jaggery powder, mixed millet flour and cardamom powder
- Stir continuously until a good binding. Then give laddoo shape.
- Now ready to serve. It can be stored for fifteen days.
