Ingredients
- 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- cup Almonds (â¾ powder)
- cup Powdered Sugar (â¾)
- 1 cup Butter
- Milk (little if required)
- Decoration (or almonds some halved almonds for)

Instructions
- Beat butter, sugar & salt till the butter is fluffy and pale
- Add flour and almonds powder and mix
- Use little milk if need to make the dough come together
- Pull out small lemon sized balls from the dough and flatten a little between your palms
- Line them on a parchment lined baking tray and stud one halved almond on each cookie
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the sides are golden
