  • 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • cup Almonds â¾ powder
  • cup Powdered Sugar â¾
  • 1 cup Butter
  • Milk little if required
  • Decoration or almonds some halved almonds for


  • Beat butter, sugar & salt till the butter is fluffy and pale
  • Add flour and almonds powder and mix
  • Use little milk if need to make the dough come together
  • Pull out small lemon sized balls from the dough and flatten a little between your palms
  • Line them on a parchment lined baking tray and stud one halved almond on each cookie
  • Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until the sides are golden
