Paneer Butter Masala

Paneer butter masala is very very easy to make just five min perfect for dinner

  • Paneer -250g
  • Butter 2tsp
  • Red chilly pow -1tsp
  • Coriander pow -1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
  • Kasori methi -1/2tsp
  • Fried onion -1tsp
  • Tomato sauce -1tsp
  • Tomato purée -1/2cup
  • Milk -2cup
  • Salt
  • Red colour -pinch
  • Garam masala -1/2tsp


  • In a bowl add coriander pow red chilly pow kasoori methi tomato purée t sauce and mix it well Add milk and mix it well
  • Heat a pan add butter Ginger garlic paste and mix it well Now add fried onion and the mixture of all spices with milk
  • Add salt red colour and cook for 5min
  • Add paneer and if required milk add some milk and cook for 2to3 min
  • Serve with naan or chawal


Don’t add water otherwise spoil your taste
