There are some places in Lucknow where street foods are famous. Simply they prepare but good in taste. People make a queue to get the dahi chat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tsp roasted coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and little bit salt. Make some round shape ball and shallow fry. Press the ball and fry till crispy.
  • Now plate with curd, sweet chutney, black salt, chopped ginger and sprinkle with red chilli powder and roasted coriander powder.
