  • Cream butter sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg then vanilla and grated lemon zest. Mix until fluffy.
  • Sift the dry ingredients together. Slowly mix into the wet! Dont knead ut too much keep it a bit crumbly. If the mixture is too dry add in a tsp of milk.
  • Chill for 30 min. Preheat oven at 170 def for 10 min, Roll the dough cut and bake dor 18 min! Yummy cookies ready!
