Ingredients
- 1 cup- very fine brown sugar
- 1 â„2 cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup roasted ragi flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Cream butter sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg then vanilla and grated lemon zest. Mix until fluffy.
- Sift the dry ingredients together. Slowly mix into the wet! Dont knead ut too much keep it a bit crumbly. If the mixture is too dry add in a tsp of milk.
- Chill for 30 min. Preheat oven at 170 def for 10 min, Roll the dough cut and bake dor 18 min! Yummy cookies ready!
Notes
Save the dough for later of you aren’tnt able to bake the same day! It freezes well!
