Paneer butter masala is very very easy to make just five min perfect for dinner

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Paneer -250g
  • Butter 2tsp
  • Red chilly pow -1tsp
  • Coriander pow -1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
  • Kasori methi -1/2tsp
  • Fried onion -1tsp
  • Tomato sauce -1tsp
  • Tomato purée -1/2cup
  • Milk -2cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red colour -pinch
  • Garam masala -1/2tsp
How to cook?
  1. In a bowl add coriander pow red chilly pow kasoori methi tomato purée t sauce and mix it well Add milk and mix it well
  2. Heat a pan add butter Ginger garlic paste and mix it well Now add fried onion and the mixture of all spices with milk
  3. Add salt red colour and cook for 5min
  4. Add paneer and if required milk add some milk and cook for 2to3 min
  5. Serve with naan or chawal
Notes

Don't add water otherwise spoil your taste
