Ingredients
- 250 gms garlic
- 100 gms mustered seeds powder
- 50 gms rai seeds powder
- 25 gms mango powder
- 250 gms mustered oil
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida powder
- 25 gms fried mango powder
- Salt

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asfoetida, mustard seeds powder, rai powder, mango powder and oil. Mix properly and pour in a glass jar. Close the lid for two weeks. After two weeks pickle is ready to be served.
Notes
Garlic pickles serve with meal.
