Ingredients
- 250 gm Garlic
- 100 gm Seeds (mustered powder)
- 50 gm Seeds (or rai rai powder)
- 25 gm Dry Mango Powder
- 250 gm Oil (mustered)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Powder
- 25 gm Dry Mango Powder (fried)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asfoetida, mustard seeds powder, rai powder, mango powder and oil. Mix properly and pour in a glass jar. Close the lid for two weeks. After two weeks pickle is ready to be served.
Recipe Notes
Garlic pickles serve with meal.
