  • 250 gm Garlic
  • 100 gm Seeds mustered powder
  • 50 gm Seeds or rai rai powder
  • 25 gm Dry Mango Powder
  • 250 gm Oil mustered
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Powder
  • 25 gm Dry Mango Powder fried
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Take a mixing bowl add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asfoetida, mustard seeds powder, rai powder, mango powder and oil. Mix properly and pour in a glass jar. Close the lid for two weeks. After two weeks pickle is ready to be served.
