  • Take a mixing bowl add garlic, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asfoetida, mustard seeds powder, rai powder, mango powder and oil. Mix properly and pour in a glass jar. Close the lid for two weeks. After two weeks pickle is ready to be served.
