Apple Icecream was an experiment ,which was turned out be sucessful.I have just nailed it!!!.Will try different variation too!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe apple finely chopped
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 50 ml condesend milk
- For chocolate spheres 1/4cup chopped dark chocolate
- Sphere mould

Instructions
- Blend all the ingridents together in a blender, to form a smooth mixture
- Transfer the mixture in a air tight container and freeze it for 2 hours
- For chocolate sphere melt the chocolate in microwave for 1 min pour the molten chocolate into the sphere mould and spread evenly. keep ii in refrigerator for 5mins to set.
- Assembling- unmould the chocolate sphere by pressing from down lightly and remove the chocolate easily.
- Scoop the ice cream in those set chocolate mould
- Eat it up before it melts down
