Ingredients
- slices Brown Bread
- 5 Potato (boiled and cut)
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt (as per taste, or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander (Dhania)
- 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania, chopped fresh)
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 Mustard Oil (tsps)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed (zeera - 1 tsp)

Instructions
- Heat little oil in a pan or kadai. Splutter cumin seeds. Add few potatoes so that spices does not burn. Add red chilli powder. Add boiled and cut potatoes. Add peas chopped ginger. Saute for few minutes. Add all spices, coriander powder, salt and mix
- Cool down the potato stuffing completely. Add in fresh coriander and chaat masala. Mix well and roughly crush the potatoes. Stuffing for the bread pakoras ready.
- Dip bread slice in water and squeeze out excess water by applying pressure with palms. Place small quantity of potato peas stuffing and roll it to give a long cylindrical shape. No need to remove the edges of the bread slice.
- Smooth out the surface of bread roll as if there is any crack, then bread roll might break while frying or baking.
- Once all bread rolls are ready, place these in fridge or at room temperature for 10 min so that extra moisture dries up. This will help in ensuring that bread rolls do not absorb too much oil while frying and will become more crispy from outside.
- Now bread rolls can either be deep fried or else can also be air fried in an airfryer.
- Preheat airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Place all bread rolls in air fryer basket and air fry at 180 degrees for 15 min till crisp and golden brown. This will make 5-6 bread rolls in one batch.
- Once ready, serve hot bread rolls with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.

- Try adding finely chopped mint or a teaspoon of amchur (dry mango powder) to the potato-pea filling for a tangy, refreshing twist that balances the savory spices.
- Serve the bread rolls with a side of spicy green chutney or tangy tamarind-date sauce for an authentic Indian snack experience and an extra layer of flavor.
