Green chilli has vitamin C . We can consume green chilli with our meals. But sometimes we feel hot, some people don't like hot chilli. This recipe is oil free and we can store in fridge more than six months. If we add some concentrated sugar syrup that is enough to preserve.

Ingredients
- Green Chilli 500 grams
- Mustard seeds powder 100 grams
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Super syrup concentrated 1/2 cup
- Salt
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Slit the green chillies add salt, mustard powder, rai powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice. Mix well keep in fridge for fortnight.
- Take out from fridge and pour into the frying pan add sugar syrup. Cook until mix all together. Switch off the flame and cool down.
- Store in a jar.
- We can serve with steam rice, paratha, puri fried rice.
Notes
It can be preserve more than six months. Serve with any main course.
