About Nethili Meen Fry
Anchovies coated with masala and deep fried in oil to perfection. It is a perfect appetizer and good for side dish too. This is one of my personal favourite among the seafood dishes.

Ingredients
- 300 gm Gms Nethili Meen anchovies fish nethili meen
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 egg whites or egg egg
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- Take the anchovies and clean them well. Now put them in a bowl.
- Add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, rice flour, egg, lemon juice to it.
- Mix them well and let it marinate for sometime. The longer marination the better.
- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot simmer the flame and drop the fish in hot oil and fry in low-medium heat till golden.
- Drain them in paper towel. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice, onions and green chilli.
