Modak recipe is very common to all. But we should always pay attention to keep ourselves healthy. I made this Modak with Jau flour. Jau is a healthy grain which is rich in vitamins, minerals and beneficial plants compounds. It is also rich in fibre and good for digestive system and reduce hunger and weight loss.

Ingredients
- 1 cup jau flour
- 1/2 coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup grated dry fruits
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- White sesame for garnishing

Instructions
- Dry roast the jau flour while the roasted aroma come out then add coconut flour, coconut sugar, coconut milk and green cardamom powder.

- Mix all together and put off the flame. It will be smooth dough. Now take a handful dough spread on your palm put 1 tsp grated dry fruits and fold the dough like a Modak shape.
- Press all sides either with your fingers or fork. Wrap with white sesame and serve. It can be stored in fridge for week.
