About Mango Barley Pudding

In this mango season, market was filled with mangoes last week. Some of them have become very soft, so I thought to make the puree. I was thinking about what to do next and made finally mango barley pudding.

  • Take a mixing bowl add ripe mango puree, semolina, soaked barley, sugar and whipped cream.
  • Mix clockwise then add green cardamom powder and essence. Again mix for a few seconds.
  • Take a vessel and pour water in it. Let it boil. Take another container and grease it and pour the pudding batter.
  • Put this container on top of the boiling container for steaming. Cover the container for 20 minutes.
  • Place in a plate and garnish with spraying Choco powder.

Recipe Notes

It is delicious with mango flavour. I just love it.
