Nannari Smoothie .. a very healthy drink for breakfast or mid day meal .. Nannari root or Sarsaparilla is a root of an Indian plant which has many medicinal values. Nannari syrup is usually used to make serbeth which is a traditional drink.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 1 Banana (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Syrup (nannari)
- 5 Almonds
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Basil (or seeds seeds)
- 3 cubes Ice Cubes: 3 (ice)

Instructions
- Blend together all the ingredients except basil seeds into a smooth consistency .
- You can even add basil seeds while blending, I like to top it over the smoothie.
- Finally pour this into a serving glass and top it with basil seeds and few grated nuts.
