Ghee Roast Onion Dosa

Ingredients
- F2F Multigrain batter 1 cup
- Onion Chopped 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves
- Green Chili
- Salt
- Clarified butter
Instructions
- In a bowl take one cup of Multigrain batter and add salt per taste.Mix it well and add little water to get the right consistency for Dosa.
- Heat a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium.Lightly grease skillet with oil. Add a scoop of batter by into skillet. spread it in a circular way to make it as thin as possible.
- Let it cook for a minute. Sprinkle 1 tsp clarified butter on top. Add chopped onion ,coriander leaves ,chopped green chilis. Cook for a minute until the dosa looks light brown.
