  • Make a batter with adding butter milk and pearl millet flour.

  • Heat a pan add clarified butter, dry red chilli and moringa flowers stir for a few seconds then add the batter.

  • Add salt, roasted cumin powder fresh turmeric paste then cook for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with garlic chilli oil and fried onion.
