roasted cumin powder

fresh turmeric paste

Salt
Instructions
Make a batter with adding butter milk and pearl millet flour.
Heat a pan add clarified butter, dry red chilli and moringa flowers stir for a few seconds then add the batter.
Add salt, roasted cumin powder fresh turmeric paste then cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with garlic chilli oil and fried onion.
