Mix Veg Cheesy Porridge Kebabs

Its a very healthy and yummy recipe . I used lots vegetables and the combination of porridge and cheese which has made it very tasty.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Porrige Soaked 200 Gm porrige soaked
- 5 florets Cauliflower
- 2 Carrot
- 50 gm Pumpkin
- 1 bowl Capsicum chopped
- 2 cubes Processed Cheese
- 5 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 packet Tomato or oats oats peppy
- 2 gm Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper crusher

Instructions
- First of all wash the porridge and soak for 15-20 mins Take Cauliflower, carrot and pumpkin Chop it roughly and blanch them. Grind these vegetables coarsely.
- squeeze excess water from the porridge Take a big bowl and add porridge , vegetable paste, chopped green chilli, coriander, oats, salt, red chilli powder, gram flour and mix well.
- Make Kebabs and fill the cheese cube . Take a pan drizzle it with olive oil and Saute the kebabs for 7-8 mins on both the sides at low flame .
- Serve hot porridge cheesy kebabs with green chutney and garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves.
