Mix Veg Cheesy Porridge Kebabs

Ingredients
- Porrige Soaked 200 gm
- Cauliflower florets 5-6
- Carrot 2
- Pumpkin 50 GM
- chopped Capsicum 1 bowl
- Processed Cheese 2 Cubes
- Olive oil 5-6 tsp
- Oats peppy Tomato -1 Packet
- gm Flour 2 Tbsp
- Salt
- Chopped Green Chillies 2 tsp
- Chopped Coriander 2 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder ½ Tsp
- Crusher pepper ½ Tsp
Instructions
- First of all wash the porridge and soak for 15-20 mins Take Cauliflower, carrot and pumpkin Chop it roughly and blanch them. Grind these vegetables coarsely.
- squeeze excess water from the porridge Take a big bowl and add porridge , vegetable paste, chopped green chilli, coriander, oats, salt, red chilli powder, gram flour and mix well.
- Make Kebabs and fill the cheese cube . Take a pan drizzle it with olive oil and Saute the kebabs for 7-8 mins on both the sides at low flame .
- Serve hot porridge cheesy kebabs with green chutney and garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves.
