First of all wash the porridge and soak for 15-20 mins Take Cauliflower, carrot and pumpkin Chop it roughly and blanch them. Grind these vegetables coarsely.
squeeze excess water from the porridge Take a big bowl and add porridge , vegetable paste, chopped green chilli, coriander, oats, salt, red chilli powder, gram flour and mix well.
Make Kebabs and fill the cheese cube . Take a pan drizzle it with olive oil and Saute the kebabs for 7-8 mins on both the sides at low flame .
Serve hot porridge cheesy kebabs with green chutney and garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves.
