Age attend girls, suffer hip pain ladies everyone must drink this porridge its very healthy to back bone, ural dhall vives more strenghth to back bone so its very Sweetest tastiest one, this is very healthy n very nutritious helathy mix,its full of nuts n spices, which can be added to milk everyday and also to make thick like halwa for above 6 mnths babies nw we make powder n make porridge using this mix along with milk

  • Ingredients for healthy mix powder
  • Ural dhall - 400gm
  • Horsegram - 50 gm
  • Sprouted Chick peas n green grams- 50 gm each
  • Barley - 50 gm
  • Kodo Millet - 50 gm
  • Finger Millet - 50 gm
  • Foxtail - 50 gm
  • Brown rice - 50 gm
  • Roasted gram - 50
  • Badam walnut , cardamom - little
  • Ingredients to make milk
  • Mix powder - 2 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Jaggery - depends on ur tatse

  • Collect all ingredients first ..,

  • Now roast all dry nuts one by one individually till they become and crisp and slightly brown

  • Just roast for 10 seconds and take it in a bowl cool for 15 min. Mix well together
  • Grind the roasted ingredients in mixer, if u make small quantity u can grind mixi, if u make huge u can grind mills.
  • Now u can sieve this mix store it in a container used up to for 2 to 3 months

  • Now we make ural dhall porridge using this mix along with milk n jaggery
  • First add 2 big spoon of this powder n add some water mix together without any lumps

  • Add 1 cup of milk, Add 4 spoon of jaggery r sugar

  • Now on the stove the flame should be high... Placed on the vessel and boil for 15 min continuesly mix well.. dnt take ur hand mix well till u get bubbles...
