Mini Cheese Pizzettes With Dal Flour Crust

Kids love Pizzas. Especially the ones loaded with cheese.
This recipe uses a super healthy base using various dal flours.
Removing Maida (refined flour) in any recipe turns it infinitely healthier without compromising on the taste.

Ingredients
- For the Crust-1/4 cup moong dal powder
- 1/4 cup urad dal powder
- besan 1 tablespoon
- Rawa 1 tablespoon
- Rice flour 1 tablespoon
- Rice flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Water as needed
- Toppings- 1 large Capsicum
- 1 large tomato
- 1 small onion
- Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
- Pizza Oregano 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic bread seasoning 1/4 teaspoon
- Thyme 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt
- Red chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup or sauce 2 tablespoon
- Oil 2 to 3 tablespoons

Instructions
- For the crust, mix together moong dal powder, urad dal powder, rawa, besan, rice flour.
- Add in salt and red chilli powder.
- Put in water to make a thick, smooth paste consistency batter
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Adjust water again if the batter becomes too thick.
- Heat a non stick pan.
- Put in little oil.
- Spread about 4 tablespoons of batter to make about 1/4 inch pancake.
- Cook both sides on low flame with a lid on.
- They should turn golden brown.

- With a round cookie cutter, cut out 3 to 4 roundels of about 3 inches diameter.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Now ready the topping.
- Finely chop the onion, capsicum, tomato.
- Add in paneer cubes.
- Sprinkle all seasonings.
- Mix gently.
- Topping is ready.
- Apply little ketchup or sauce on the pizzettes.
- Spread 2 tablespoon of toppings.
- Sprinkle grated cheese all over.
- Pop in the hot oven and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
Add toppings as per preference.
