This is a innovative recipe of pie . Instead of using APF i have used potatoes for crust .

- First in a bowl take boiled potatoes ,add black pepper powder and salt . Now add semolina and bread crumbs . Mix all ingredients well and make a dough.
- Now take mini pie pans and grease it properly . Now take potato dough and take small portion of it . Put this portion greased pie pan and press it properly to give pie shape . Preheat the oven and put this into the oven for about 15 minutes .
- Meanwhile for stuffing take frozen veggies and keep it into the warm water for about 5 minutes and drain all the water . Take a pan add 2 tsp oil ,then add garlic cloves ,cook i for about 2 minutes . Now add veggies ,salt ,cayenne pepper . Mix well.
- Turn off the gas veggies stuffing is ready .
- Now take out pie crust from oven and put veggies stuffing of the centre of the pie crust . Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake it again until cheese starts melting . Potato crust mini veggies pies is ready . Serve hot .
