Aam Chhuda or mango chhunda is a gujrati recipe but now a days it very famous in all over india. Its tangy, sweet and yummy recipe. You can serve this in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Basically it's a side dish or similar to Pickle. But the sweet one.

Ingredients
  

  • Raw mango or totaputi mango 1 Kg.
  • Sugar 500 gms
  • Salt
  • Black salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder 1 small tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel and grate the mangoes.
  • Rake a heavy bottom pan and add grated mangoes and sugar.
  • Mix well and cook on medium flame till sugar comes to a one string consistency.
  • Add Black Salt, cardamon powder, roasted cumins and red chilly mix well.
  • Let it cool on room temperature and keep it in airtight jar.
  • You can keep this for 3 months or so. Enjoy with paratha, bread or puri.
