Aam Chhuda or mango chhunda is a gujrati recipe but now a days it very famous in all over india. Its tangy, sweet and yummy recipe. You can serve this in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Basically it's a side dish or similar to Pickle. But the sweet one.

Ingredients
- Raw mango or totaputi mango 1 Kg.
- Sugar 500 gms
- Salt
- Black salt to taste
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder 1 small tsp

Instructions
- Wash, peel and grate the mangoes.
- Rake a heavy bottom pan and add grated mangoes and sugar.
- Mix well and cook on medium flame till sugar comes to a one string consistency.
- Add Black Salt, cardamon powder, roasted cumins and red chilly mix well.
- Let it cool on room temperature and keep it in airtight jar.
- You can keep this for 3 months or so. Enjoy with paratha, bread or puri.
