Aam Chhuda or mango chhunda is a gujrati recipe but now a days it very famous in all over india. Its tangy, sweet and yummy recipe. You can serve this in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Basically it's a side dish or similar to Pickle. But the sweet one.

Instructions
Wash, peel and grate the mangoes.
Rake a heavy bottom pan and add grated mangoes and sugar.
Mix well and cook on medium flame till sugar comes to a one string consistency.
Add Black Salt, cardamon powder, roasted cumins and red chilly mix well.
Let it cool on room temperature and keep it in airtight jar.
You can keep this for 3 months or so. Enjoy with paratha, bread or puri.
