Makai is a healthy grain. Sometimes we can eat this paratha.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 cup makai flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Salt to taste

How to cook?
  1. Take a mixing bowl add makai flour, wheat flour, salt, black pepper, curry powder and salt.
  2. Mix well and make a smooth dough. Make the dough 4-5 parts.
  3. Spread dough apply oil brush and roll shape like a circle.
  4. Again spread again roll do three times.
  5. Heat a frying pan bake the paratha with refine oil.
  6. Serve with fresh curd and pickles.
