Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour (makai)
- 1 cup Wheat Flour (whole)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Yogurt (Curd)
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add makai flour, wheat flour, salt, black pepper, curry powder and salt.
- Mix well and make a smooth dough. Make the dough 4-5 parts.
- Spread dough apply oil brush and roll shape like a circle.
- Again spread again roll do three times.
- Heat a frying pan bake the paratha with refine oil.
- Serve with fresh curd and pickles.

- If the dough feels too crumbly, add a teaspoon of warm milk or a bit more yogurt to help bind the makai (corn) flour, which can be drier than wheat flour.

- To prevent parathas from sticking or tearing while rolling, roll them gently between two sheets of parchment paper or lightly dust with wheat flour, as corn flour lacks gluten and can be delicate.
