Ingredients
- Boiled and chopped nadru 200gm
- Mashed potato ½ BOWL
- Chopped onion 3TSP
- Chopped ginger &garlic 1 TSP
- Chopped coriander 2 TSP
- Chopped green chili ½ TSP
- Oil 4 TSP
- Chat masala 1 TSP
- Garam masala ½ TSP
- Cumin powder ½ TSP
- Salt
- Lemon juice 4-5 Drops
- FOR MAKAI BISCUITS
- Corn meal Makai flour 1 Bowl
- Mashed potato ½ Bowl
- Chopped onion 2 TSP
- Hung curd 3 Tbsp
- Anardana 1 TSP
- Chopped coriander 2 TSP
- Salt
- Linseed Alsi 1 TSP
- Oil For Frying
- Chopped mint ½ TSP

Instructions
- First of all makes dough for this take all ingredients of makai biscuits. Make a hard dough. Rest it for 10-15 min.
- Take a pan add 3 tsp oil add chopped nadru and sauté it for 5-6 min on low flame add chopped onion, ginger, garlic sauté it 2 min add garam masala, salt, chat masala, cumin powder after than add mashed potato mix all the ingredients .
- Add chopped coriander and lemon juice cool it.
- Take a pan add oil for frying make makai biscuit in round shaped cut with cutter and fry on low flame for 5-6 min.
- On the other side stir fry nadru tikki and stir it for 5-6 min both side.
- Make a dip with hung curd, black salt, cumin powder, some fresh crushed black pepper and minced garlic.
- Now take a serving plate put a biscuit and then tikki, on the top put a curd quenelle and garnish with mint leaves and anardana.
