Paan masala ice-cream is very famous in my family. It's taste is very yummy and delicious. It's good for digestion and also a superb mouth freshener.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 betel leaves - paan leaves
  • 10 almonds
  • 4 cardamom
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp gulkand

Instructions
 

  • In a wok add milk and boil it on medium flame until reduced half in quantity.
  • In a mixer jar add chopped paan leaves, cardamom, fennel seeds, almonds, sugar, gulkand and make paan masala.
  • Now add paan masala in reduced milk and boil it for 2 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Transfer into the ice-cream box and cover with lid.
  • Keep it freezer for 8 hours. After 8 hours our paan masala ice-cream is ready to serve.
