Paan Masala Ice-Cream

Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 3 betel leaves paan leaves
- 10 almonds
- 4 cardamom
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp gulkand
Instructions
- In a wok add milk and boil it on medium flame until reduced half in quantity.
- In a mixer jar add chopped paan leaves, cardamom, fennel seeds, almonds, sugar, gulkand and make paan masala.
- Now add paan masala in reduced milk and boil it for 2 minutes.
- Let it cool completely.
- Transfer into the ice-cream box and cover with lid.
- Keep it freezer for 8 hours. After 8 hours our paan masala ice-cream is ready to serve.
