Ingredients
- 7-8 Potatoes same size
- 1 cup Rice powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Oil as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Peal off the potato skin. Cut potatoes length wise and par boil.
- Now wrap par boiled potato with rice powder, chilli powder and salt. Keep in freeze for fifteen minutes.
- Heat a frying pan add oil and fry the potatoes. Spread with chat masala.
- Ready to serve with tea or coffee.
