Little Finger Chips

Crispy little chips with tea In a rainy day.

  • 7-8 same size potatoes
  • 1 cup rice powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt


  • Peal off the potato skin. Cut potatoes length wise and par boil.
  • Now wrap par boiled potato with rice powder, chilli powder and salt. Keep in freeze for fifteen minutes.
  • Heat a frying pan add oil and fry the potatoes. Spread with chat masala.
  • Ready to serve with tea or coffee.
