Lemon Pepper Chicken is a very interesting recipe which is quick and easy to prepare and taste delicious. Slightly tangy and spicy in taste.

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken - ½ kg
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsps
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsps
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Peppercorns - ¼ tsp
  • cloves - 2
  • Dry Red Chilly - 2 broken
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in salt, pepper powder, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp Lemon juice for one hour.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add the peppercorns, cloves and dry red chillies and saute for a min.
  • Add the remaining ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add the marinated chicken and cook over high heat for about 5 mins.
  • Add ½ cup of water and simmer for 10-15 mins.
  • Add the remaining lemon juice and cook over high heat for 5 mins and take off the heat.
