  • 3/4 cup Semolina rava
  • 2 Potato boiled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Oil


  • In a pan, heat 1 cup of water. Add semolina and simmer down the flame. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 min. Do not overcook it. Cool it down.
  • In a bowl, mash potatoes and add cooked suji, salt, coriander leaves along with oil. Mix well.
  • Prepare fingers using this mixture. Fingers can be deep fried or airfried in preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 12-14 min. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
