Ingredients
  

  • 3 boiled sweet potatos
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 nos. Each Onion tomato,green chilli finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander ginger chopped
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • 1 teaspoon Salt redchilli powder,coariander powder,garam masala,chaat masala,raw mango powder.
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Tamarind chuttney

Instructions
 

  • First peel boiled potato mash little bit add dry salt,red chilli ,chopped ginger,green chilli,coariander and mix then add bread crumb and mix properly.
  • Make small balls and shallow fry in oil till crisp and golden.
  • Pressure cook cholle for 15-20 min with salt and water, then in a pan heat oil add chopped onion ,tomato and cook till all oil start seprating then add red chilli powder,coriander powder and mix.
  • Then add pressure cook cholla in prepared masala and cook for 5 min and add garam masala,raw mango powder ,your cholla is ready.
  • For serving in a plate first put tikki then chopped tomato, onion pour some yogurt and then add tamrind chuttney and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
