Ingredients
- Maida 1 1/2 Cup
- Ajwain 1 Teaspoon
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Water 1 Cup
- For the filling: Oil 2 Tablespoon
- Green chilli 1 chop
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
- Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
- Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 Large
- Besan 4 Tablespoon
- Black salt 1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- First of all, add all purpose flour, salt, melted butter/Ghee, ajwain, in a bowl, then add water gradually & mix well with the help of your hands, kneed a dough
- Leave for 15-20 Minutes
- Ad cooking oil in a pan, then add green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Chat Masala, black salt, mix well & fry for a while
- Now add Gram Flour, fry again until it changed into golden brown. Then add boiled mashed potatoes
- Mix it well by adding salt
- Filling mixture for potato toffee is ready to use
- Make a small round chapatti. Apply 3-4 cuts with the help of a sharp cutter
- Take some filling mixture press it with the help of your hands & put this mixture into that chapatti
- Now wrap it into a toffee form. Cut it from sides to shape up the toffee
- Finally fry these toffees until they changed into golden brown.
- Serve warm with sauce, chatny.
