Ingredients
- 1 cup Refined flour
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Filling (or oil for the oil)
- 1 Green Chillies (chop)
- 1 leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder (kashmiri)
- 2 large mashed potato (boiled and)
- 4 tbsp Besan
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions
- First of all, add all purpose flour, salt, melted butter/Ghee, ajwain, in a bowl, then add water gradually & mix well with the help of your hands, kneed a dough
- Leave for 15-20 Minutes
- Ad cooking oil in a pan, then add green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Chat Masala, black salt, mix well & fry for a while
- Now add Gram Flour, fry again until it changed into golden brown. Then add boiled mashed potatoes
- Mix it well by adding salt
- Filling mixture for potato toffee is ready to use
- Make a small round chapatti. Apply 3-4 cuts with the help of a sharp cutter
- Take some filling mixture press it with the help of your hands & put this mixture into that chapatti
- Now wrap it into a toffee form. Cut it from sides to shape up the toffee
- Finally fry these toffees until they changed into golden brown.
- Serve warm with sauce, chatny.
