A winter special recipe when the market is flooded with fresh green garlic.

  • 2 big potatoes chopped
  • ½ cup finely chopped green lasun green garlic
  • 2 to matoes diced
  • Salt
  • ½ teaspoon red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon haldi
  • ½ teaspoon dhania powder


  • Take oil in cooker. Add hari lasun. ( green garlic ) Fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and fry on slow gas for 5 minutes.
  • Add potatoes and all masalas. Fry for 10 minutes. Add 3 Tablespoon water. Cook for 2 whistles on low flame. Serve hot with ghee parathas.
