Ingredients
- 2 big potatoes chopped
- ½ cup finely chopped green lasun green garlic
- 2 to matoes diced
- Salt
- ½ teaspoon red Chilli Powder
- ¼ teaspoon haldi
- ½ teaspoon dhania powder

Instructions
- Take oil in cooker. Add hari lasun. ( green garlic ) Fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and fry on slow gas for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and all masalas. Fry for 10 minutes. Add 3 Tablespoon water. Cook for 2 whistles on low flame. Serve hot with ghee parathas.
