Ingredients
- 250-300 ml Cream
- Half a can of condensed milk
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1- 1 & 1/2 cup of Mango puree either fresh mangoes or tinned

- I have used Amul 25% fat cream. That is why I had to add milk powder too. In case you are using cream of any other brand like Rich, then there is no-need to add milk powder.
- Use a hand held blender or food processor.
- Take the chilled cream and whisk till soft peaks are formed
- Add half a can of condensed milk and 1 cup milk powder. Give a quick mix. Now add 1-1 1/2 cup of mango puree( either fresh mangoes or tinned)
- Give a quick whisk.
- Pour in an air tight container. Freeze it.
