In winter we can get fresh cauliflower but we should always carefully wash the vegetables. We should safe from insects. First wash with normal water then boiling water.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium size cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  • 2 green kashmiri mirch
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tsp homemade garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash thoroughly cauliflower with normal water then boiling water.

  • Heat oil add chopped garlic and saute for a few seconds. Add chopped cauliflower, boiled green peas, chopped green kashmiri mirch, turmeric powder, kashmiri mirch powder, homemade garam masala and salt.

  • Stir continuously and after cooking add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

  • Can be served with chapati or any other you like.
