big potatoes
chopped
½ cup finely chopped green lasun
green garlic
2 to
matoes
diced
Salt
½ teaspoon red Chilli Powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
½ teaspoon dhania powder
Instructions
Take oil in cooker. Add hari lasun. ( green garlic ) Fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and fry on slow gas for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and all masalas. Fry for 10 minutes. Add 3 Tablespoon water. Cook for 2 whistles on low flame. Serve hot with ghee parathas.
