Fried small pieces potatoes in heated oil n served with sweet chutney. Sweet chutney made by people in many ways here I cooked this chutney on gas stove and ingredients which i used tomato ketchup, sugar and spices. This chutney u can serve or garnish with aloo chat, dahiwada, mirch pakoda n others. Simple and awesome chutney. I can promise with this chutney u can eat more n more.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into small pieces
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt for seasoning
- Chat masala for seasoning
- For Chutney:-
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp mango powder

Instructions
- Heat oil n deep fry potatoes till it done n the color change in golden. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
- Meanwhile will prepare chutney. Add sugar n water in pan and cook for 3minutes on high flame till sugar dissolve n sugar syrup starts boiling. Keep stir in between.
- Add tomato ketchup in it. Mix well n bring it to boil on low flame for 3minutes
- Add cumin powder n mix it.
- Add salt mix it well n cook it on low flame for minute.
- Add red chilli powder and mix it well.
- Add amchur powder n mix it well, u can see in the image that the chutney starts bubbling n get little thick and shiny. Switch off the flame.
- Mix this fried potatoes with sweet chutney n sprinkle salt and chat masala.
Notes
U can serve this sweet chutney with aloochat, dahivada, mirch pakoda, samosa etc.
