Jamun has lots of nutritional supplements. It is a juicy fruit which w holistic healing like Ayurvedic. In Ramayan lord Rama survived eating jamun during 14 years of exile in the forest. There are two types of jamun one is white fleshy another one is purple fleshy. It is very good for diabetics patients and weight loss. It has natural sweetness I have added extra sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup Grated Carrot
- ½ cup Jamun juice
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Raisin
- 1 tbsp cashews chopped
- 1 tbsp Blueberry
- 1 tbsp Extract venila
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Ginger Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, grated carrot, raisin, chopped cashew nuts, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, flaxseed, junun juice, vinegar, coconut flour and salt.
- Mix all ingredients and make a perfect batter. Then pour in a pre greased mould. Again sprinkle blueberry and cashew nuts on the top. Bake with oven or with sand. It will ready after 15 to 20 minutes.
