  • In a kadai,add oil fry jeera,ginger garlic paste fry nicely then add chopped onions, fry nicely then add tomato mix well. Add salt,red chilli pd, garam masala, mix well. Then add the crumpled panneer pieces an mix well an cool
  • In another bowl, add maida salt an make a dough an add a pinch of oil an cover it with muslin cloth for 15 mins. Then roll it like roti shape. Then add the stuffing an spread it all over . Then wrap it in the form of an envelope an seal it all over
  • From all the sides shallow fry it. Then cut into half or square pieces , sprinkle chat masala over it

Recipe Notes

In place of panneer,you can use chicken or vegetables . If you want you can use schewan sauce inside the roti an then add the mixture an then shape it .
