Ingredients
- Maida 1 1/3 cup
- Granulated sugar 3/4 cup
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- 200 gm Non diary Whipped Cream
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Curd 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 7ââ¬Â³ round cake tin. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add the curd, oil, milk and vanilla in the centre. Mix it to form a smooth batter.
- Pour it into the prepared cake tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completly before icing it. Cut the cake into two horizontal layers. Spread 2 Tablespoon cream between the layers. Cover the sides and top with the cream.
- Use any nozzle to decorate as per wish. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
