Ingredients
- 1 cup Refined flour
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt a pinch, or as per taste
- 200 gm Whipped Cream non diary
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Curd

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 7″ round cake tin. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add the curd, oil, milk and vanilla in the centre. Mix it to form a smooth batter.
- Pour it into the prepared cake tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completly before icing it. Cut the cake into two horizontal layers. Spread 2 Tablespoon cream between the layers. Cover the sides and top with the cream.
- Use any nozzle to decorate as per wish. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
