Instant Rava Idli
Ingredients
- Semolina fine quality 2 small bowl, or rava rava
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Baking Soda less or one small tspn
- Green Peas or matar matar
- Oil
- 4 - Curd spoons/less than 100 gms, or dahi dahi
- Water

Instructions
- Roast the rava/semolina in a pan till it is slight brown in color. Remove from the heat.
- Let the rava col to room temperature. Add salt,curd & soda.
- Add water about half a cup & mix all the ingredients.
- Add more water if required to get batter of not too thick or thin consistency.
- Keep the batter aside for 10 mins.
- Add two glasses of water to the idli steamer.
- Grease the idli mould plate with oil. Place the batter on each of the mould.
- In some of the idli mould add green peas.
- Place the idli mould plates,cover the steamer & place on medium flame.
- Cook the idli for 15-2 mins & switch off the flame.
- Let the idli steamer cool to room temperature. Take out the idli with help of blunt side of the knife.
- Serve the hot steamed idli with sambar.
