Ingredients
 

  • Cleaned washed and chopped banana flower 2 cup cleaned
  • 2 tbsp Onion Paste boil
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp+
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam Massala Powder 1 Tsp garam massala powder
  • 2 tbsp Gravy or oil oil for frying and for
  • leaves Garnishing or coriander coriander for
  • 1 large Potato size boiled
  • 1 gm Flour roasted
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Boil the banana flower in water for 5 minutes, drain the excess water .
  • In a large bowl mix boiled and mashed banana flower, mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder and roasted gram flour. mix well divide the mixture into equal portion and make small balls.
  • Heat the oil and fry them golden, keep aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in another pan, add cumin, fry the ginger, garlic and onion paste, Now add dry spices stir and cook till the oil separates.
  • Add tomatoes and cook them till soften.
  • Now add 1/1/2 glass water, After a boil add koftas, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander, serve with chapati or steamed rice.
