Ingredients
  

  • Cleaned washed and chopped Banana flower 2 cup
  • 2 tablespoon boil onion paste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp+ 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp+ 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  • Garam massala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying and 2 tbsp for gravy
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 Large size boiled potato
  • Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil the banana flower in water for 5 minutes, drain the excess water .
  • In a large bowl mix boiled and mashed banana flower, mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder and roasted gram flour. mix well divide the mixture into equal portion and make small balls.
  • Heat the oil and fry them golden, keep aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in another pan, add cumin, fry the ginger, garlic and onion paste, Now add dry spices stir and cook till the oil separates.
  • Add tomatoes and cook them till soften.
  • Now add 1/1/2 glass water, After a boil add koftas, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander, serve with chapati or steamed rice.
