Ingredients
- Cleaned washed and chopped Banana flower 2 cup
- 2 tablespoon boil onion paste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp+ 1tsp
- Salt
- Red chili powder 1tbsp+ 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
- Garam massala powder 1 tsp
- Oil for frying and 2 tbsp for gravy
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 Large size boiled potato
- Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1tbsp

Instructions
- Boil the banana flower in water for 5 minutes, drain the excess water .
- In a large bowl mix boiled and mashed banana flower, mashed potato, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder and roasted gram flour. mix well divide the mixture into equal portion and make small balls.
- Heat the oil and fry them golden, keep aside.
- Heat remaining oil in another pan, add cumin, fry the ginger, garlic and onion paste, Now add dry spices stir and cook till the oil separates.
- Add tomatoes and cook them till soften.
- Now add 1/1/2 glass water, After a boil add koftas, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the gas, garnish with coriander, serve with chapati or steamed rice.
