Ingredients
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 almonds chopped finely
- 1.5 tablespoon milkmaid
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
- for garnishing:
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds

Instructions
- in a bowl add desiccated coconut, almonds and milkmaid
- mix and prepare a stiff dough
- divide the dough into 3 equal parts and make tight round balls
- dip the tip of the lolipop sticks into the melted chocolate and insert into the balls
- freeze for about 30 minutes
- after 30 minutes, remove the balls from refrigerator and dip into the melted chocolate until covered
- let the excess chocolate drip off
- swirl and tap gently if needed
- sprinkle chopped almonds and desiccated coconut while the chocolate is still wet
- it will harden quickly
- set in refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve
