Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 almonds chopped finely
  • 1.5 tablespoon milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • for garnishing:
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add desiccated coconut, almonds and milkmaid

  • mix and prepare a stiff dough

  • divide the dough into 3 equal parts and make tight round balls

  • dip the tip of the lolipop sticks into the melted chocolate and insert into the balls

  • freeze for about 30 minutes
  • after 30 minutes, remove the balls from refrigerator and dip into the melted chocolate until covered

  • let the excess chocolate drip off
  • swirl and tap gently if needed
  • sprinkle chopped almonds and desiccated coconut while the chocolate is still wet
  • it will harden quickly
  • set in refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve
