Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconutรขโฌโ 1/2 Cup desiccated coconutรข
- Magaz melon seeds- 1 cup magaz
- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Dry roast Desiccated coconut for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame in a heavy bottomed pan or till it change it color to little pink. Do not roast on high flame otherwise it get burnt.
- Dry roast the Magaz (melon seeds) in a heavy bottomed pan or till it starts spluttering. Do not roast on high flame otherwise it may get burnt easily.
- Grind roasted melon seed coarsely in a grinder.
- To make sugar syrup mix sugar and water in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes till slightly become thick to get 2 threads syrup. You can check the sugar thread by pressing a sugar syrup drop between your fingers.
- Add roasted coconut and coarsely grounded magaz in sugar syrup, mix well for 3-4 minutes so that all the ingredients mix properly.
- Spread the mixture onto a well greased thali or plate. Let it cool till it get set. Cut into desired shape pieces and serve.
