Delicious Coconut Laddoo

This is the recipe i dedicated to kids on the occasion of children's day. Very simple recipe but don't use dessicated coconut. Only fresh coconut recommended it has fresh aroma and you can feel the delicious bite.

Ingredients
- 1 fresh coconut medium size
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- 2 tablespoon cashew nuts broken
- 2 tablespoon raisin
- Green cardamom

Instructions
- Take a fresh coconut and grate.
- Grate the coconut and heat a pan to make the laddoo.
- Add coconut and jaggery then stir continuously it should not stuck the bottom.
- Mix well and stir continuously it will become sticky.
- Add broken cashew nuts green cardamom.
- Add raisin and mix well. Finally add soaked saffron.
- Put off the flame, it will be ready to serve.
- Take handful coconut and make small round balls.
- These laddoo can be stored more than fifteen days.
