  • 100 gm Ragi Powder â
  • 1 spoon Rice powder â tabls
  • Rava soji 1 tspn
  • 3 spoon Grated Beetroot â table
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Water â required qty
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped â
  • 1-2 leaves Coriander chopped â
  • 1 no Green Chillies chopped â
  • Gingelly Oil or oil or olive oil â required qty


  • In a bowl add ragi Flour, rice flour, ravai (soji),grated beet,chopped green chilli,salt,chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves add water little by little dosa batter consistency and sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat non stick dosa pan pour the mixed ragi batter spread thin dosa sprinkle gingelly oil or olive oil cook both side well and remove from the heat. Cook rest of all batter .
  • It’s goes very will Mint chutney or Idli podi
