Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Blend the strawberries and sugar together to form a smooth paste. You can also strain them to remove the bits of seeds. Keep aside.
- Whisk the egg whites to form stiff peaks. Let it be aside. Whisk the whipped cream with vanilla extract until fluffy enough.
- Now mix the whipped cream into the strawberry paste. Fold in the egg whites into the strawberry mix.
- Pour this into dessert glasses and chill for 4-5 hours. Serve chilled.
