- 2 banana
- 2 mango
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 cup milk

- Wash the mango and cut into pieces. Cut banana into pieces. Freeze them for sometime.
- Blend the fruit pieces with milk .
- Add other ingredients and blend again. Chill and serve.
