Banana Mango and oat shake is a tasty and healthy drink to indulge for breakfast.
Yield / Serves
1/2 cup oats
2 teaspoon honey
2 cup milk
Wash the mango and cut into pieces. Cut banana into pieces. Freeze them for sometime.
Blend the fruit pieces with milk .
Add other ingredients and blend again. Chill and serve.
When the season of mango, comes to an end, serve it in this way.
