Banana Mango and oat shake is a tasty and healthy drink to indulge for breakfast.

  • 2 banana
  • 2 mango
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cup milk


  • Wash the mango and cut into pieces. Cut banana into pieces. Freeze them for sometime.
  • Blend the fruit pieces with milk .
  • Add other ingredients and blend again. Chill and serve.


When the season of mango, comes to an end, serve it in this way.
