  • 2 Banana
  • 2 Mango
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 cup Milk


  • Wash the mango and cut into pieces. Cut banana into pieces. Freeze them for sometime.
  • Blend the fruit pieces with milk .
  • Add other ingredients and blend again. Chill and serve.
