Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Coffee Powder (leo)
- 2 tsp Chocolate Powder (mocha hot)
- 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions
- The butter should be at room temperature while using.
- Sieve all purpose flour, almond flour, baking soda and baking powder together.
- Mix butter and brown sugar together, beat it well. Add breakfast blend coffee powder and mocha hot chocolate powder to it.
- Now, mix the flour into coffee mocha mixture. Do not knead it hard. Keep it aside for ten minutes.
- Pre-heat oven at 200C.
- Grease the tray with a little clarified butter. Take small lemon sized balls, flatten and keep them at a distance apart.
- Bake it for 10 minutes at 200 degree centigrade. Allow to cool completely.
- Tasty, melt in the mouth cookies are ready.
Recipe Notes
The butter should not be hard or cold. Keep it out for two hours before using.
